How do I update my personal email address?

Your personal email address will be used for account recovery and password resets. Please make sure that you have a valid personal email address in your Bobcat Web Account. Your COCC email address can not be used as a personal email address.

Log in to your Bobcat Web Account:

1. Click on theStudent Loginlink from any COCC web page
2. Choose theBobcat Web Accountoption,
3. Log in to your account

Verify your personal email address:

1. ChoosePersonal Information
2. ChooseView E-mail Address(es)
   

To update your email address:

1. Choose the[ Update E-Mail Address(es) ]link at the bottom of the page.
2. Click on your personal email address
3. Enter your correct personal email address in theE-mail:field
4. ClickSubmit

If a personal email address is not listed:

1. Choose the[ Update E-Mail Address(es) ]link at the bottom of the page.
2. SelectPersonal Email Addressfrom theType of E-mail to Insert: drop-down.
3. ClickSubmit
4. Enter a personal email address in theE-mail:field
5. ClickSubmit

Getting this error?
If you attempting to delete a COCC email address, you will see this error:

Your COCC e-mail address may not be used as your personal e-mail address.

Instead of deleting your address, update it to a non-COCC email address first. Then delete the information.
