Disability Services Survey-We want to hear from you! If you are a returning student who has taken remote classes this past year, we would like to check in on how your accommodations have worked for you. Please answer the short, 5 question survey. This feedback will help us continue to develop ways that we can help both you and our faculty provide better accommodated support. The survey is anonymous; your name will not be requested and you do not have to disclose any disability specific information. We will be sharing the results with our COCC Board of Directors and Stakeholder.
