Group Supervisor学分1分级模式标准信件等级总联系时数20其他时数20先决条件FIRE 200, FIRE 290和FIRE 292。课程描述培养学生胜任部门/小组主管的角色。提供指导以支持部门/小组主管的具体任务，但不指导学生一般管理/监督或事件指挥系统(ICS)。主题包括:部门/小组管理、组织交互和部门操作。这是NWCG认证的课程，学生必须具备特勤组组长(TFLD)的资格;或合格的事故指挥官3型(ICT3);或有资格担任4类事件指挥官(ICT4)和任意两(2)个打击小组组长职位(其中一个必须是STCR或STEN)。课程学习成果以下是国家野火协调小组(NWCG)的学习成果。1.定义部门/小组主管职位，并描述两个职位之间的区别。 2. Apply the IRPG risk management process to activities on the division or group and adjust the tactical plan based on changing conditions to accomplish incident objectives. 3. Identify the Division/Group Supervisor roles and responsibilities in regard to all hazard incidents and working with all hazard teams. 4. Demonstrate ability to perform in the role of Division/Group supervisor. 5. Discuss the interactions with the Command and General Staff and other ICS functional areas that are required to perform the Division/Group Supervisor’s job.
