Collect and identify hazard and response information from material safety data sheets (MSDS), CHEMTREC/CANUTEC/ SETIZ, and shipper and manufacturer contacts. 6. Predict the likely behavior of a hazardous materials/WMD agent as well as its container. 7. Estimate the potential harm at a hazardous materials/WMD incident.
