Fall 2022 Housing Application Process

STEP 1: Apply and be admitted to COCC

STEP 2: Submit yourNew Student Housing Application

STEP 3: Pay your $100 application fee
We will initiate a background check and notify you via your COCC email once a clear background check is received

STEP 4: Submit your Budget Worksheet to the Housing Office
We will email the Budget Worksheet once you reach this step.

STEP 5: Sign yourHousing and Dining Agreementelectronically and pay $1200 ($1000 down payment toward your first term's room and board and $200 security deposit)

Completion of these steps confirms a spot in Wickiup Hall.
Note that partial payments are welcomed but a spot on the waitlist is not secured until the down payment is paid in full
