LATINX HERITAGE MONTH - FALL 2021
Chulitas
A Latinx couple from a small town is bringing Latinx culture to Central Oregon, sharing the love through their food and drinks. Sharing the memories of what we know as family time. Chulitas began with Agua Frescas and has grown so much that there will be a 'Chulitas modern tacos' trailer to expand at the newest location in Sisters: The Barn. Doors open the first weekend of November. We will see everyone on opening day!

Traditional Pupusas
Celebrate Latinx Heritage Month bylearning about traditional pupusas, as prepared byEsTá BiEnin Bend. Pupusas are a traditional dish found in homes throughout Central America. After watching the 15-minute video, mention “Green Drinks” for a free beverage at EsTá BiEn on Thursday, Sept. 30.
