Computers in the Library
Computer Workstations
There are approximately 35 computer workstations on the first floor of the Library. Use of these computers is governed byCOCC's Acceptable Use of Information Technology Resources policy (G-22-0).
Logins
COCC Students, Faculty, and Staff
Log in with your COCC username and password. For assistance, ask staff at the Reference Desk.
Community Members
Community members who wish to use the Library's computer workstations may sign up for a 180-day network account. Visit the Circulation Desk for more information.
Special Software
The Multimedia Center is located behind the KIC scanner by the Reference Desk (see map). This computer hasArcGISand the complete suite ofAdobe Creative Cloud(CC) programs installed (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and more).
You must use a personal Adobe ID to log in to Creative Cloud. To register, visitadobe.com然后点击右上角的“登录”，然后点击“获取Adobe ID”。
Accessible Workstation
One workstation on the first floor is wheelchair accessible. The station is equipped with a special large-font keyboard. Users who require these accommodations have priority for using this station.
Stand-Up Kiosks
There are two stand-up kiosks near the Reference Desk on the first floor of Barber Library and two on the second floor, in the book stacks. These computers require no login to use but provide more limited utility than the other computers. They are best for quick internet-based use (e.g., checking email) or library catalog searches.
